yolodex was founded in march 2025 by zaeem and harry, who both share a passion for making things simple and useful.
our background is in catching financial criminals through human-powered open source investigations. we spent years perfecting the art of researching people and companies using only public information.
we realized we could connect this expertise with the latest AI models to make customer research low cost and accessible to everyone. not just for catching criminals, but for helping all businesses understand their customers and make better decisions.
that's why we built yolodex, a simple api that any engineer can use in minutes.
